The Assistant Professor of Assessing Innovation in Healthcare applies a human-centric lens to fostering synergetic human-technology relationships. In particular, the Chair’s focus lies on exploring the role of emotional, ethical and equity-related factors around the design and implementation of novel technologies in the healthcare context. To this end, we leverage qualitative and quantitative methods and draw on insights from psychology, management and human-computer interactions research. The Chair’s primary mission is to support technological innovations that minimize inequalities, uphold ethical standards, and foster well-being across a diverse range of stakeholders.
